Elevate Your Leadership

An Executive Program
Elevate Your Leadership is an integrated leadership development program that blends coaching and training into one cohesive journey, designed for reflective performers, ambitious professionals, and overloaded executives in transition who want to remain effective without losing themselves in the process.
Grounded in The Centering Force™ Method, the work helps leaders align their inner and outer worlds so they can move through complexity with clarity. Like a bicycle that stabilises only when both wheels move together, leaders build sustainable momentum by developing both Being (values, beliefs, emotions, mindset, inner clarity) and Doing (skills, relationships, execution, and results).
Development in this program is intentionally two-way: shifts in Being change Doing, and new ways of Doing reshape confidence, perspective, and emotional range. Each session blends reflective inquiry and precise coaching with practical skill-building and rehearsal, so insight is translated into observable leadership behaviour.
The work typically includes values and mindset exploration alongside structured tools such as action planning, behavioural rehearsal, resource discussions, real-world experiments, and (when useful) shadowing and colleague interviewing. Between sessions, leaders complete interim assignments to practise, integrate, and stabilise new behaviours in the current reality of their role.
A defining element of the program is stakeholder engagement for guidance and accountability. This part of the design is inspired by Marshall Goldsmith's Stakeholder-Centred Coaching approach, in which Minoush is certified. Early in the journey, leaders select the key competencies they want to develop and identify a small group of trusted stakeholders who support the change process.
In a structured and friendly session, stakeholders co-create a practical checklist of observable behaviours tied to the chosen competencies, creating a shared definition of progress. The program then moves into tailored one-to-one sessions that continue integrating Being + Doing, before returning to stakeholders for a progress feedback session based on the checklist. This reflects a core belief in the work: development is strongest when it happens inside an integrated reality, not in an isolated vacuum.
When involving stakeholders is not possible, the program can still be delivered effectively, and we simply get creative about measurement and evidence of progress. This may include a 360 evaluation (where one is already expected), employee engagement indicators, short pulse surveys, or other practical metrics tied to the leader's context and responsibilities—so the transformation remains visible, accountable, and relevant.
Formats: offered as a Short Journey (7 sessions) or a Long Journey (10 sessions) for deeper, more sustained transformation.
All formats can be complemented with on-demand priority support sessions for existing clients (booked separately after the program)—especially ahead of pivotal moments such as performance conversations, stakeholder alignment meetings, promotions, role transitions, or other high-stakes leadership situations.
"Minoush is a firm coach with high standards for herself and others. She will not just tell you what you want to hear but also what you need to hear that others may not have the forthrightness to say. The feedback will be given with assertive insight mixed with compassionate consideration."
