Elevate Your Leadership: An Executive Program
Elevate Your Leadership is an integrated leadership development program that blends coaching and training into one cohesive journey—designed for reflective performers, ambitious professionals, and overloaded executives in transition who want to remain effective without losing themselves in the process.
Grounded in The Centering Force™ Method, the work helps leaders align their inner and outer worlds so they can move through complexity with clarity. Like a bicycle that stabilizes only when both wheels move together, leaders build sustainable momentum by developing both Being(values, beliefs, emotions, mindset, inner clarity) and Doing (skills, relationships, execution, and results).
Development in this program is intentionally two-way: shifts in Being change Doing, and new ways of Doing reshape confidence, perspective, and emotional range. Each session blends reflective inquiry and precise coaching with practical skill-building and rehearsal—so insight is translated into observable leadership behavior.
The work typically includes values and mindset exploration alongside structured tools such as action planning, behavioral rehearsal, resource discussions, real-world experiments, and (when useful) shadowing and colleague interviewing. Between sessions, leaders complete interim assignments to practice, integrate, and stabilize new behaviors in the current reality of their role.
A defining element of the program is stakeholder engagement for guidance and accountability. This part of the design is inspired by Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder-Centered Coaching approach, in which Minoush is certified. Early in the journey, leaders select the key competencies they want to develop and identify a small group of trusted stakeholders who support the change process.
In a structured and friendly session, stakeholders co-create a practical checklist of observable behaviours tied to the chosen competencies—creating a shared definition of progress. The program then moves into tailored one-to-one sessions that continue integrating Being + Doing, before returning to stakeholders for a progress feedback session based on the checklist. This reflects a core belief in the work: development is strongest when it happens inside an integrated reality—not in an isolated vacuum.
When involving stakeholders is not possible, the program can still be delivered but we will simply have to get creative about measurement and evidence of progress. This may include 360 evaluation (where one is already expected), employee engagement indicators, a short pulse survey, or other practical metrics tied to the leader's context. so the transformation remains visible, accountable and relevant.
Formats: offered as a Short Journey (7 sessions) or a Long Journey (10 sessions) for deeper, more sustained transformation.
All formats can be complemented with on-demand priority support sessions for existing clients (booked separately after the program)—especially ahead of pivotal moments such as performance conversations, stakeholder alignment meetings, promotions, role transitions, or other high-stakes leadership situations.
"Minoush is a firm coach with high standards for herself and others. She will not just tell you what you want to hear but also what you need to hear that others may not have the forthrightness to say. The feedback will be given with assertive insight mixed with compassionate consideration."

Centered Influence 1:1 High-Stakes Communication Program
Centered Influence is a one-to-one high-stakes communication development program for leaders and professionals who want to influence without performing a version of themselves that doesn’t fit.
It supports reflective performers, ambitious professionals, and overloaded executives in transition—anyone who needs to communicate clearly when the stakes are real, while staying anchored to who they are. The program is grounded in The Centering Force™ Method, aligning inner clarity (Being) with outer impact (Doing) so influence becomes natural, human, and sustainable.
Minoush’s hybrid methodology blends coaching and training into one integrated practice bridging mindset, self-trust, and presence with message structure, delivery, audience connection, and Q&A. Because influence isn’t only about “speaking well,” the work can also focus on audience engagement through facilitation skills: how to hold attention, read the room, work with participation, manage energy, and create alignment in live sessions (in-person or virtual).
To make progress measurable, clients submit a short video ahead of the program to establish a clear baseline and enable a meaningful before/after comparison.
The program is offered in multiple formats depending on the level of support and transformation needed.
Option 1 (Online Intensive | 8 hours) is designed for clients seeking medium support and focused development.
Option 2 (Deep Transformation Journey) is for clients seeking a bigger shift. The program follows a follows a blended structure:
1 hour online (diagnostic + direction)
Half-Day 1 (3.5 hours)
7 hours online (practice + refinement)
Half-Day 2 (3.5 hours)
it can also be delivered fully face-to-face if preferred.
All formats can be complemented with on-demand priority support sessions for existing clients (booked separately), scheduled ahead of any high-stakes event.
After this summer: We will be launching a face-to-face group workshop, blending group learning with selective one-to-one work for deeper personalisation.
"As a professional public speaker, and get to share a stage with awesome people like Sir Richard Branson, Tony Blair, Malcolm Gladwell and HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum. Minoush deserves a good chunk of the credit for helping me get there."

Aligning Teams with Strategy: Parallel 1:1 Journeys One Strategic Goal For Teams
Aligning Teams with Strategy is a leadership development program that combines individualized one-to-one journeys with a shared strategic aim. It is designed for leaders selected because their roles directly influence a strategic priority—so development is not happening in isolation, but in service of where the organization is going.
Grounded in The Centering Force™ Method, the program strengthens both Being (inner clarity, values, mindset) and Doing (execution, leadership behaviours, results) while keeping a clear line of sight between personal growth, team needs, and strategic outcomes.
Leaders move through parallel, tailored development journeys at the same time, with a unique accountability design: they become one another’s stakeholders. In that stakeholder role, participants support progress through structured feedback, encouragement, and honest reflection—helping each other see what “next-level leadership” truly requires in the context of the strategy. This creates a transparent development culture where growth is reinforced not only by coaching, but also by peer accountability and shared commitment to the strategic goal.
The program is more tailored by design: the team agrees the overall length based on the strategic goal, context, and readiness, starting with a minimum of 7 one-to-one sessions per leader. In addition, the journey includes a kickoff workshop to set shared direction, align expectations, and connect each leader’s development focus to the strategy, and a final workshop to integrate learning, review progress across the group, and align next steps—so individual growth translates into sustained team alignment.
When key people across a team are developed together—each with attunement to their individual needs, the team’s dynamics, and the “why” behind the strategy—the impact extends beyond individual capability. The program becomes a practical mechanism for culture change: alignment deepens, leadership standards rise, and new ways of working take root one centered leader at a time.
“The coaching program Minoush conducted was a life saver. Synergies between the team, alignment between the teams, delivering to the client objectives were the main outputs of the program. If we consider Awe as one of the successful Agencies currently in the market, I believe that Minoush’s program is one of the main contributors to what is happening now"

Elevate your Leadership with and ADHD Lens: An Executive Program With an ADHD Lens
Elevate Your Leadership (ADHD Lens) is an integrated coaching-and-training journey for leaders who want to remain effective without losing themselves—designed through an ADHD-informed, neurodiversity-aware approach. The philosophy is clear: in a world defined by complexity and unpredictability, neurodiversity is a strategic advantage.
Management Today (Oct 2022) encouraged organizations to consider more neurodiverse board members, highlighting that cognitive differences such as ADHD, dyslexia, and autism can contribute natural talents that improve decision-making and growth in a VUCA environment. This program helps leaders translate that potential into sustainable leadership performance—without forcing anyone to lead, think, or operate in a neurotypical mold.
Grounded in The Centering Force™ Method, the program develops both Being (inner clarity, values, emotions, self-trust) and Doing (execution, skills, relationships, impact). Minoush is an advanced ADHD coach and has spent three years studying ADHD, bringing depth, nuance, and practicality to how leadership development is designed and delivered.
The work recognizes the ADHD paradox: strengths and challenges can coexist and fluctuate depending on context, energy, pressure, and environment (for example, distraction and hyperfocus; speed and slowness). Rather than coaching individuals to “fit in” the approach focuses on understanding the person uniquely and co-creating realistic strategies—often more agile and non-linear when needed—that reduce shame, reduce masking, and increase follow-through in the real conditions of work.
The journey can include stakeholder engagement to ensure development happens in an integrated reality, not an isolated vacuum. This element is inspired by Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder-Centered Coaching approach, in which Minoush is certified. Where stakeholders are involved, they help co-create a clear, observable definition of progress (through structured and friendly sessions to mark progress), strengthening accountability and making change visible.
When stakeholder involvement is not possible, measurement is still built in and tailored to the organization—such as an expected 360, pulse check-ins, and/or employee engagement indicators connected to the leader’s responsibilities and environment.
Formats: offered as a Short Journey (7 sessions) or a Long Journey (10 sessions) for deeper, more sustained transformation.
All formats can be complemented with on-demand priority support sessions for existing clients (booked separately after the program) ahead of high-stakes moments.
Why believe in supporting Neurodiversity?
“Joint Research by BCG and AI-neuroscience shows that the large companies need cognitive diversity in order to cope with complex and dynamic business environments. Building each of these strands into teams will help them be collectively ambidextrous. The three strands of cognitive diversity include: Diversity in personality, Diversity in styles of thinking, Diversity in mental models”-The Imagination Machine by Martin Reeves and Jack Fuller
