Minoush is a trusted partner for both organisations and individuals. Minoush values long-term partnerships and is known for the fidelity she brings over time. She has worked on various people development projects with the BMW Group in the UK and Crown Packaging Europe for nearly a decade, and partnered with Continental for two years to prepare potential plant managers stepping into expanded leadership roles. She supported cohorts drawn from across Asia, Oceania, Americas, Europe, and Africa adapting her approach to different cultural contexts and leadership norms.
The Journey
Minoush began in the corporate world, where she built and led an award-winning training team at Dale Carnegie. This led her to become the first and youngest International Master Trainer from her region. Years later, the impact remains: many members of her original team went on to shape the personal development field worldwide. Minoush continues to mentor many of them to this day. She is also involved in the mentorship program of the university she studied in as well as the mentorship in the enneagram school she studied in.
The Philosophy
Minoush’s philosophy was shaped by a clear gap she saw in traditional leadership development: the missing piece is often integration between the internal needs of the human being and the external demands of the role. A lot of development initiatives focuses either on performance or reflection, either on mindset or execution, either on individual growth or group dynamics, without helping leaders bridge the realities between them. Because Minoush has a real experience in managing large diverse teams and understands the challenges that come with it. She made sure her work is reflective and practical, supporting clients in the space where real change happens. She helps integrate awareness with action, personal leadership with organisational context, and growth with the realities of day-to-day execution. The Centering Force™ Method is the culmination of lived experience, rigorous client needs analysis, and advanced certification training, giving leaders an integrated path to grow to meet real organisational demands.

Meaningful Connections
Family grounds us, career fulfils us, and friendships sustain us. Minoush is a mother to two wonderful young ladies, She has been married for 28 years, and even is very close to her extended family and considers some of her friends as family as well.
Minoush believes in meaningful connections regardless of which country your career takes you to. She currently lives in Spain and previously lived in the US, Egypt and spends a lot of time in the UK where her eldest daughter lives.
